245D: Home Community-Based Service
Waiver services to help people maintain community independence. MNCCS is a 245D HCBS provider and has a contract with Ramsey County to provide waiver case management for over 65 people. We operate a child foster care respite home in Bloomington that provides up to three days of overnight respite care for children with autism. It serves both the east African immigrant community and the general public. Additional waiver services available include homemaking, personal support, in-home respite, and independent living skills (ILS) training.
